Located in the heart of the Bois de Boulogne, ParisLongchamp racecourse is one of the most famous in the world. It hosts a large part of the classic flat racing program and each year welcomes major events from the international calendar.
Inaugurated in 1857, it is notably the stage for the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, considered one of the most prestigious races in the world.

ParisLongchamp racecourse is accessible from Paris and the Île-de-France region via several public transport lines:
By public transport
The racecourse is easily accessible:
Metro: line 1 (Porte Maillot) or line 10 (Porte d’Auteuil)
Tram: line T2 (Suresnes Longchamp)
RER C: Avenue Foch or Neuilly – Porte Maillot stations
Bus: lines 241 (Hippodrome de Longchamp) and 244 (Les Moulins Camping)
On major event days, free shuttle services are available from Porte Maillot and Porte d’Auteuil.

On the day your horse takes part in a race, you benefit from dedicated support.
Badges are issued to allow you access to:
- the stables
- the parade ring
- areas close to your horse
They can be collected at the racecourse on the day of the race at the weighing office.
