The Deauville Barrière Meeting is one of the major highlights of the flat racing season.
Throughout the month of August, Deauville-La Touques racecourse becomes a unique place combining:
top-level racing
a summer and friendly atmosphere
activities for everyone

A true holiday event, the meeting brings together the best European horses and jockeys in an exceptional setting between the sea and the racecourse.
Key sporting highlight: the Jockeys’ Championship, which rewards the best jockey at the end of the meeting.

Races are held each week:
Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays (daytime)
Thursdays (festive semi-evening meetings)

🐎 On the day your horse runs
If your horse takes part in a race during the meeting, specific arrangements are made so you can experience the moment as close as possible to your horse.
🎫 Your access badges to the parade ring and stables
As an owner with a runner during a race meeting:
each horse generates 5 badges with access to the parade ring and stables
in the case of shared ownership, 10 badges are issued
Your badges must be collected at the weighing office, indicating:
your name
your horse’s name
the relevant race
If you exceptionally require additional badges, you can submit your request in advance:

🏆 Owners’ reception
If your horse runs on a feature race day during the meeting:
You will receive an invitation by newsletter a few days before the event to confirm your attendance at the owners’ reception.

You can obtain up to 4 invitations via the ticketing platform dedicated to Race Stakeholders.
