If you have forgotten your username or password for your France Galop Pro account, please follow the steps below.
1️⃣ Find your username
Your username corresponds to your France Galop account number.
You can find it on your account statement.
When logging in, enter only the number, without the letter “C” that may appear before it.
2️⃣ Reset your password
Go to the login page of your Pro account.
Click on “Forgot password”, then:
Enter your France Galop username.
Provide your last name or the name of the legal entity.
A password reset email will automatically be sent to you so you can create a new password.
3️⃣ Contact support
If you experience difficulties or are unable to reset your access, please contact the Pro Accounts Department:
