You can change your password in two ways depending on your situation.
1. You forgot your password
From the login page, click "Forgot password" and complete the requested information:
Information to provide :
France Galop account number
Number shown on your account statement, without the letter C.
Last name
Please enter only your last name, without:
- title (Mrs. / Mr.)
- first name(s)
Example:
Mr. Bruno MARTIN → enter MARTIN
Special cases
Training company: enter the name followed by (S)
Example: COMPANY (S)
Last name including a particle: do not enter the particle
Example: de la Roche → enter ROCHE
Do not use accents
Once the information has been entered, you will receive instructions to reset your password.

2. You know your password (change it from your account)
Once logged into your account:
- Go to your profile
- Click "Manage"
- Then "Change password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Validate your changes
