The digitalisation of cards for your employees and volunteers is managed directly from your Pro Account, once your request has been validated by France Galop.
🪪 Step 1: Submit your request
🔄 Renewal
(if the employee / volunteer already had a card in 2025)
You can:
submit your request via the dedicated links
or directly send your list to:

🆕 New request
For a first request:
complete the relevant form:
employee: professional card request
volunteer: non-professional card request
send the completed form along with the requested documents to:

✅ Step 2: Validation
Once your file has been validated by France Galop:
digital cards will be available in your Pro Account
section: Manage > Membership Card
📱 Step 3: Send the cards to beneficiaries
You can then send the cards to your employees / volunteers:
by email
by SMS or WhatsApp
via a download link
or by letting them scan a QR code directly
They will then be able to add their card to their Wallet (smartphone).

The digital card is now the main format.
A physical card remains available on request, subject to the applicable conditions.
